CLAIMS PROCESS

  • Registration
    Notify us of the accident or claim via claims@autoinsure.com. Fill the Claim form to Apply.
  • Evidence of the accident
    Take pictures of the Accident.
  • Police Scene of Evidence
    Bring police to the scene to make a report.
  • Apply for Claim
    Fill the Claim form
  • Claim Documentation
    Send all necessary documents to claims@autoinsure.com.
  • Processing
    Claim is received and processed.
  • Settlement
    Claim is settled on confirmation.
  • Please note:
    Upon receipt of all required documentation, claim form filled and procedure activated, claims will be settled within shortest possible time for third party insurance. The following documentation will be required to initiate your claim:
    1. Police Report
    2. Vehicle particulars of the third party and letter accepting liability from the 3rd party.
    3. Copy of third party’s Insurance Certificate
    4. Photographs of the damaged vehicle showing the registration number
    5. Cost of repairs
    6. Copy of driver’s license
    7. Purchase Invoice/Receipt
    8. Original Certificate of Insurance, Road Worthiness, Vehicle License, Proof of Ownership
